Why We Built This Site
Grundy County has a public case interface for participating Circuit Court and General Sessions files, but it is not a live Sheriff warrant roster and does not prove that a listed case is active or served. The Circuit Court Clerk at 68 Cumberland Street, Suite 206, handles county court-file questions and can route a request to the correct court type. The Sheriff's county contact is at 227 Maple Street in Altamont; a warrant-specific line, public active list, and walk-in surrender procedure were not verified. No public statewide warrant database was confirmed. These distinctions matter because a missing portal result cannot establish that no municipal or county record exists. The site explains what the sources cover and where to ask for confirmation.
